ASAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,950 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABL2, MAP4K4, and CYRIB. Each is linked with ASAP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASAP1 versus ABL2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
