ASAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 685 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1P1, SIRPD, and CLLU1-AS1. Each is linked with ASAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1P1 grouped by ASAP1-low versus ASAP1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
