ASAH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,383 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, CCDC6, and CCDC6_S52. Each is linked with ASAH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAH2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
