ASAH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, PDP2, and RAPH1. Each is linked with ASAH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAH2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
