Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASAH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,911 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, RNA localization, and Protein polymerization. Each is linked with ASAH2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAH2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAH2 results are reported.
