ASAH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP145, RNA5SP204, and RPL7P55. Each is linked with ASAH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAH1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP145 grouped by ASAH1-low versus ASAH1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
