ASAH1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, Ku80, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ASAH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAH1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAH1 results are reported.
