AS3MT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AS3MT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AS3MT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Smoothened signaling pathway, Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus, and Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling. Each is linked with AS3MT in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AS3MT-to-partner and partner-to-AS3MT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AS3MT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AS3MT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
