Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARV1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARV1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ARV1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARV1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where ARV1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
