Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,251 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARV1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular lipid transport, Regulation of intracellular sterol transport, and Regulation of intracellular cholesterol transport. Each is linked with ARV1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARV1-to-partner and partner-to-ARV1 results are reported.
