ARTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC1, RNH1, and CNDP2. Each is linked with ARTN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARTN-to-partner and partner-to-ARTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARTN versus THOC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
