ARTN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,727 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAB39L, IFT46, and COMMD6. Each is linked with ARTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARTN-to-partner and partner-to-ARTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARTN versus CAB39L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
