ARTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLNS1AP1, PUDPP3, and DKKL1P1. Each is linked with ARTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARTN-to-partner and partner-to-ARTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLNS1AP1 grouped by ARTN-low versus ARTN-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
