Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ART5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ART5 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ART5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ART5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ART5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
