ART5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,829 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, MIR8067, and AQP7P4. Each is linked with ART5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART5-to-partner and partner-to-ART5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by ART5-low versus ART5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
