ART3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,611 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, UBE2L6, and TRIM22. Each is linked with ART3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART3-to-partner and partner-to-ART3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ART3 versus STAT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
