ART3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,698 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1, DYSF, and SLCO5A1. Each is linked with ART3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART3-to-partner and partner-to-ART3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ART3 versus PSAT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
