ARSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,554 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARSLP1, GYG2, and ARSD. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSL versus ARSLP1 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
