Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,641 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, ROCK2, and HEPH. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSL versus SEPTIN11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
