Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,542 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC88A, ARHGDIG, and MXRA8. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.
