ARSL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, ZWINT, and GSTO1. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 grouped by ARSL-low versus ARSL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
