Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTEN, STAT3_pY705, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.
