Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,135 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intestinal D-glucose absorption, Regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transport, and Galactose catabolic process. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.
