Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARSL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A6, ARSH, and OR6J1. Each is linked with ARSL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSL-to-partner and partner-to-ARSL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC1A6 grouped by ARSL-low versus ARSL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
