Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARSI Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARSI data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ARSI Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARSI expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, ESCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARSI Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
