ARSI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,853 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, RCN3, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with ARSI in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSI-to-partner and partner-to-ARSI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
