Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,001 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSI-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, FAM13C, and ABI3BP. Each is linked with ARSI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSI-to-partner and partner-to-ARSI results are reported.
