The most reproducible ARSI-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Notch1, and Rad50. Each is linked with ARSI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSI-to-partner and partner-to-ARSI results are reported.
