ARSG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSG RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,174 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are WIPI1, MIR635, and SLC16A6. Each is linked with ARSG in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSG-to-partner and partner-to-ARSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSG versus WIPI1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
