ARSG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARSG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,367 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAK, GTF2IRD1, and CYFIP2. Each is linked with ARSG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSG-to-partner and partner-to-ARSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAK grouped by ARSG-low versus ARSG-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
