ARSD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,351 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00676, SNORA10B, and RN7SL472P. Each is linked with ARSD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSD-to-partner and partner-to-ARSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00676 grouped by ARSD-low versus ARSD-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
