ARSD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, TAS2R60, and OR10S1. Each is linked with ARSD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSD-to-partner and partner-to-ARSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by ARSD-low versus ARSD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
