ARSB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,093 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, P3H1, and CEP170. Each is linked with ARSB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSB-to-partner and partner-to-ARSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSB versus DAB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
