Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,845 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are THY1, MEDAG, and SFRP4. Each is linked with ARSB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSB-to-partner and partner-to-ARSB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSB versus THY1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
