Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC7P, ATP5F1A, and HAUS1. Each is linked with ARSB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSB-to-partner and partner-to-ARSB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC7P grouped by ARSB-low versus ARSB-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
