The most reproducible ARSB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational initiation, Ceramide metabolic process, and Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process. Each is linked with ARSB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSB-to-partner and partner-to-ARSB results are reported.
