Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARSA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARSA data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ARSA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARSA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARSA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
