ARSA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,498 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMSS1, MED23, and TPX2_S486. Each is linked with ARSA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSA-to-partner and partner-to-ARSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSA versus CMSS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
