Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK12, OR10A4, and RIMKLA. Each is linked with ARSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSA-to-partner and partner-to-ARSA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK12 grouped by ARSA-low versus ARSA-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
