Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,130 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, COPI-coated vesicle budding, and Golgi transport vesicle coating. Each is linked with ARSA in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSA-to-partner and partner-to-ARSA results are reported.
