ARRDC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARRDC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, DEFA3, and ODF1. Each is linked with ARRDC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
