ARRDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, FoxM1, and HER3. Each is linked with ARRDC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ARRDC4-low versus ARRDC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
