Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARRDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC10A, ZNF804B, and GPX5. Each is linked with ARRDC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC4 results are reported.
