Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARRDC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARRDC3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ARRDC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARRDC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC and UCEC are the cancer types where ARRDC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
