ARRDC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,474 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, DARS2, and L2HGDH. Each is linked with ARRDC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARRDC3 versus C1S in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
