Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARRDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCEANC2, CLU, and CCR7. Each is linked with ARRDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARRDC3 versus TCEANC2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
