ARRDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,893 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4307, RNA5SP412, and RNU6-1287P. Each is linked with ARRDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4307 grouped by ARRDC3-low versus ARRDC3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
