ARRDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,953 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, FMNL1, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with ARRDC2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARRDC2 versus ARHGAP9 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
