ARRDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, RNU6-556P, and RNA5SP105. Each is linked with ARRDC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by ARRDC2-low versus ARRDC2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
