ARRDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARRDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3DP, SLC32A1, and PAX1. Each is linked with ARRDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOA3DP grouped by ARRDC2-low versus ARRDC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
